The SFP-L80D-Dxxxx transceiver family are small form factor pluggable modules for bi-directional serial optical data communications. The modules fulfill ITU G.692 and operate at ITU DWDM wavelengths. The SFP-L80D-Dxxxx meet requirements of IEEE 802.3 Gigabit Ethernet standard and ANSI Fibre Channel specifications, and are suitable for interconnections in WDM, Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel environments.The modules are hot pluggable and enhanced digital diagnostic functions are available via an I2C serial bus specified in the SFP MSA SFF-8472.DWDM modules operate at Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) wavelengths. There are 45 wavelengths available from 1528.77 nm– 1563.86 nm in 100 GHz (~0.8 nm) channel spacing.
