The Fiberworks QSFP+ Copper Twinax Cable assemblies are high performance, cost effective I/O solutions for 40G Ethernet applications. The transceiver modules achieve high port density, configurability and utilization at a very low cost and reduce power budget.
The QSFP+ DAC utilizes four parallel 10G channels to transmit 40G.
The modules are fully compliant to the QSFP+ MSA SFF-8436 and are hot pluggable. The modules meet the requirements of the IEEE 802.3 40GBASE-CR and are suitable for interconnections in 40G Ethernet environments.
